Michael A. Villa, Jr. appointed Chair of the American Bar Association Tax Section Civil & Criminal Penalties Committee

Villa, Jr., has been appointed as the Chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Section Civil and Criminal Tax Penalties Committee for a two-year term beginning July 1, 2023.
