L. Rowe Stipe

Mr. Stipe’s practice focuses in the area of State Tax Planning and Litigation. He assists individuals and businesses in a variety of state tax matters, including Texas sales and use tax, Texas Franchise tax and mixed beverage taxes. He also assists clients in disputes with the Texas Comptroller at various levels including pre-audit, administrative appeals, and collections.

Mr. Stipe served as an Extern to the Honorable Michael J. Juneau, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana. During law school he was an Intern with several law firms in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area and was a Legal Extern with Mark Cuban Companies.

Mr. Stipe was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2023.
