Ms. Infanzón practices in the areas of Commercial Litigation, Real Estate and Estate and Gift Tax Litigation. She has expertise representing individuals and companies in complex commercial matters in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts in Texas and across the country. She has defended corporate clients in joint adversary proceedings involving claims of fraudulent transfers, alter ego/piercing the corporate veil, breach of fiduciary duties, RICO violations, and other legal issues arising from the Paycheck Protection Program of the CARES Act.
Additionally, Ms. Infanzón has provided clients with strategic advice on defending against employment disputes, and lawsuits involving breach of contract, negligence, professional negligence, fraud, deceptive trade practices act violations and other civil disputes. She has represented developers and contractors in complex commercial matters related to both public and private construction projects. She has assisted clients in establishing legal entities in Texas, drafting operating documents, and offering counsel in commercial and multi-residential construction disputes.
