Mr. Deen practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate, and Income Tax and Business Planning. He helps clients navigate the complexities of estate planning, wills, trusts and probate administration. With a detail-oriented approach, he assists individuals and families in creating tailored estate plans to effect tax efficient wealth transfer strategies. His Estate Planning practice includes helping individuals and families plan for the transfer of their assets and properties in the event of incapacity or death. In his Income Tax and Business Planning practice, he provides strategic guidance to individuals and businesses to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial efficiency. With a focus on proactive tax planning, Mr. Deen assists clients in navigating complex tax laws, identifying tax-savings opportunities, and developing tailored strategies to achieve their business and financial goals while minimizing tax obligations. His Business Planning practice includes assisting clients in the establishment, reorganization, operation, tax reporting, and business succession of closely held entities.
