IRS Folds on One of Many Oxford Captive Reinsurance Arrangements

Anthony Daddino was recently interviewed for an article written by Erin McManus of Tax Notes, “IRS Folds on One of Many Oxford Captive Reinsurance Arrangements” which was published today, Dec 5, 2022. Anthony was quoted throughout, regarding numerous petitions to the IRS by advised captive insurance companies, stating that ultimately, “The IRS can only suppress for so long cases involving microcaptive insurance done the right way and for the right reasons…taxpayers [are] eager to challenge the IRS and its indiscriminately proposed adjustments against their microcaptive insurance planning.”
