Meadows Collier is pleased to announce Anthony Daddino as the firm's new Managing Partner. Anthony P. Daddino, P.C. became a Partner at Meadows Collier in 2010. For nearly two decades, his practice has consisted of counseling clients on income and estate tax issues from both a planning and controversy perspective. His tax litigation experience includes several trials to decision in federal district court, as well as oral arguments before the Fifth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal. Mr. Daddino has served as an adjunct professor at SMU Dedman School of Law where he taught Corporate and Income Taxation. This installment will build on these concepts and discuss in a more pragmatic manner the application of the statutory exceptions to COD Income in Section 108 of the Internal Revenue Code (the "Code").
