Practice Areas
Ms. Dorey’s area of practice is commercial real estate. She applies her expertise to acquisitions, sales and development office buildings, retail projects, resorts and hotels throughout the United States. She is also highly effective in negotiating and drafting leases and management agreements for commercial properties. Ms. Dorey represents local real estate developers, and borrowers in lending transactions.
Ms. Dorey has been with Meadows Collier since April 1991, and initially practiced civil and federal litigation, and white collar criminal defense. She has been practicing in the commercial real estate area since October 1995.
Ms. Dorey was admitted to practice in Texas in 1991.
