Jeffrey M. Glassman

Mr. Glassman practices in the areas of Income Tax Litigation, Estate and Gift Tax Litigation, and White Collar and Government Regulatory Litigation. He represents individuals and businesses in all stages of tax disputes, including examinations with the Internal Revenue Service, administrative appeals, voluntary disclosures, and litigation.  Mr. Glassman has significant experience advising clients on strategic and procedural considerations in United States Tax Court and other federal courts.  He also concentrates on resolving white collar and governmental investigations. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Glassman was an associate with an international law firm.  He has also worked as a senior consultant at an international accounting firm.

Mr. Glassman was a Law Clerk for The Honorable Maurice B. Foley of the United States Tax Court in Washington, DC.

Mr. Glassman was admitted to practice in Texas in 2014 and the District of Columbia in 2007.
